Product Repair
Product Repair Methods & Warranty Limitations
All Artificer products are covered by a warranty against manufacturer’s defects and repairs for one year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). If your product requires other servicing, please contact us directly and our customer service will assist you. Please remember to always register your products with us to ensure that you reserve your after-service support.
STEP 1. Call us directly and describe your product issue and our customer representative will assist you.
STEP 2. Please carefully package the product along with all packaging and original purchase receipt and send back to Artificer.
STEP 3. Turnaround time for repairs/servicing is 5~7 working days ( if completed sooner, will ship immediately upon completion)
STEP 4. Take delivery of your package and enjoy your product!

2. When sending product to us for repair, please send us the complete product and not just the damaged part. Repair will be rejected if only the damaged part is received.
3. Products needing repair or servicing must be sent using registered mail or other courier services which can be tracked. If sent using regular mail services (and cannot be tracked), the customer must bear the risk of loss of goods.
