Shipping

• Orders placed between Monday to Thursday before 15:00 will be shipped the same day; orders received after 15:00 will be shipped out the following work day
• Orders received Friday through to Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday (excluding National holidays)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders NTD500 and more.  There is a fee of NTD60 for all orders below NTD500.

We offer flat rate international shipping via SF Express to most countries around the world. The delivery time is determined by location, and may change without notice. We will provide the tracking number of all orders upon shipping for your ease of tracking.

Currently, we offer international shipping to countries or regions listed below.  If your country or region is not listed, please contact us and we will apply SF Express shipping rates and offer you a quotation for your consideration. 

The below rates do not include duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

As international shipping costs are high, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect with the actual product itself.  All international orders are final.
